- DO drink water!
- DO be faithful to take your products.
- DO take pictures, measure and weigh yourself (around waist, arms, thighs). Some people have found that while they haven't lost weight, they have lost inches, and their face looks less puffy.
- DON'T compare your results with someone else's. Every body is different, and is dealing with a different level of health issues.
- DO remember that it can take 3 months to start seeing results with ANY supplement because it takes that long for cells to renew. Add another month for every year you've had issues!
- DO make good food choices. Increase your fruit and veggie intake and cut back on sugars.
- DO your best to be more active.
- DO find an accountability partner - or two or three! Knowing someone else will be reserving dessert for just one day a week, or someone else will be exercising 15 minutes each day, will be a huge help to you.
- DON'T let negative thoughts pull you down. Find something to be grateful for, even if it's just that you have a meal to eat today, or two matching shoes on! Negative, bitter thoughts DO affect our health, probably more than even the researchers know at this point.
