1️⃣ Take Your Products.
Turns out the products don’t work if you don’t take them. 😉 Seems simple enough, right? But you’d be surprised by how many people forget, skip days, take them every once in a while, and then get upset when they aren’t seeing the health benefits or weight loss like everyone else. So take your products every single day. In the beginning, set a timer in your phone to remember. Keep Slim in your purse, desk, gym bag. Keep ProBio5 on your nightstand. Make the commitment to your own success.
2️⃣ Talk to Your Sponsor. Often.
I get it. We aren’t used to someone asking us about our bowel movements, how much water we drink or how we feel - all the time. Maybe you don’t want to share that info or you just think they are bugging you. But NOPE! Turns out your sponsor is committed to your success! They want you to feel as healthy as you can and to lose that weight. But they can’t do that if you don’t talk to them.
It takes more than just taking your products for success. Everyone’s body is different. We have different health issues, different genetics, different eating habits. So while we all may be on Triplex, the dosage and timing is very individualized. It’s not a one size fits all. So if you don’t talk to your sponsor, you won’t have as much success.
And don’t hold back. Your sponsor needs to know the good, the bad and the ugly. Love the taste of the pink drink but had to run to the bathroom? Normal! But we can’t adjust if we don’t know. Feeling great for 3 weeks then all of a sudden getting headaches? Could be die off! But we can’t help you if we don’t know. Not losing weight as fast as your friend? Let us help!
3️⃣ Drink Your Water.
Whether your goal is to get rid of migraines, lose weight or get rid of wrinkles - Water will speed up your progress. Why? Because our bodies - every system, every cell - was made to function on water. Not tea, not coffee and not Diet Coke. Limiting the amount of water your body needs for optimum performance slows down your progress. So aim for half of your body weight in ounces a day. If you weight 140 pounds, drink 70 ounces or more a day.
And avoid water with added ingredients. Water doesn’t have them! The only ingredient that’s ever acceptable in water is natural fruit essence or flavor. No aspartame, no sucralose, no anything.
And remember - Plexus is a tool. While it’s an incredible tool, you can’t build a house with just a hammer. So if your goal is weight loss, but you’re still eating fast food 4 times a week, don’t expect Plexus to be able to work on top of your bad habits. Commit to making healthy changes and your products will work better for you.
4️⃣ Be Positive.
Did you know science has shown that what you think in your mind, you become in your actions? It’s true! So throughout your Plexus health and wellness journey, be positive!
If your goal is to lose weight, don’t tell yourself how much you hate working out. Instead tell yourself how excited you are to move your body for at least 15 minutes a day.
Not a fan of the taste of Slim? Instead of being negative on how much you hate it, focus on the results it will get you! Change the flavor, take it as a shot, add more water or a little lemon juice. Slim isn’t an afternoon cocktail. It’s a wellness drink packed full of powerful ingredients to get you feeling your best. It’s about the results, not the taste.
Stress getting the best of you? We all have it - marriage, family, work, money. But stress wreaks havoc on our weight, our immune system, our adrenal function. So try positive affirmations, meditations and other stress relievers. And talk to Your Sponsor! We have so many resources available to you in this group.
5️⃣ Be Patient.
Supplements are NOT prescriptions. They are designed to get our bodies functioning as they were made to function. They aren’t made to be quick band aids for symptoms. So they won’t work overnight. If you have already decided in your head that you’re only going to try Plexus for 30 days, you’ve already set yourself up to fail.
We didn’t gain weight overnight. We didn’t develop allergies, migraines, autoimmune disease, wrinkles, acne or chronic pain in a short time - so we can’t expect our bodies to reverse and heal in a short amount of time either.
So be patient. Commit to the process. And don’t compare your journey to some else’s. Maybe you started Joyōme because you saw your friend get rid of her eye bags and crows feet in just 2 weeks. But you’ve been using it for 3 and barely notice a difference. Don’t quit. Give your body a chance to work. You aren’t her so focus on your own timeline, not someone else’s.
